"Ginggy" Cake

Good thing there aren't gumdrop buttons to worry about!

This delicious cake is made with a gingersnap crumble base, gingerbread sponge, eggnog Brulee center, and covered with almond mousse. On top, it is decorated with a chocolate party hat and hand piped ganache facial features.

Each cake may be a little different due to the hand made nature of the decorations and colours may vary from seen pictured.
