White Forest Chestnut Hojicha Cake

A light vanilla chiffon base topped with house-made smooth chestnut paste and hojicha chantilly, enveloped in soft white whipped cream. The cake is finished with a Mont Blanc–style disc of chestnut spaghetti strands with a dusting of icing sugar, a crown of whipped-cream dollops, and winter garnishes of rosemary, roasted chestnuts, and crisp square pretzels—evoking a snowy forest in winter.

Comes with a plastic Merry Christmas sign on the side.
