Strawberry Shortcake

For those who favour a classic vanilla cake!

We received so many requests for a vanilla cake and we finally have the perfect one! Nothing beats an old classic strawberry shortcake. Made from our super light vanilla Chantilly cream, this cake has layers of sponge and our house made strawberry sauce and fresh strawberries. This cake is so soft and creamy that it just melts in your mouth. Unlike traditional sugar packed vanilla cakes, this cake is packed with real strawberries and we promise, it isn't too sweet.
