Peach Blossom Tofu Cheesecake

To celebrate all the moms and to thank them for everything they do for us, we've recreated one of our signature cakes with a special design.

The flavour of this cake is inspired by our memories from Japan. It is made of a light layer of tofu cheesecake, delicate white peach cremeux, a hint of Oolong tea and chiffon.  The outer shell is sprayed with chocolate and decorated with delicate buttercream flowers.

The "Happy Mother's Day" chocolate plaque will automatically come with each cake. If you would like to change the message or leave it off, please leave a note for us.
